Welcome to the FAQ page of Bow Decorations! Here you will find answers to commonly asked questions about delivery and returns
What shipping options do you offer and what is dispatch time?
All bows are made to order and we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. Small orders are normally shipped next day. We use Royal Mail 2nd class standard(delivery confirmation only and takes 3-5 days) unless you select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Orders are not considered late or lost until after 10 days of dispatch date. If this applies to you please contact us.
International orders have 2 shipping options. International standards(no tracking information, we always obtain proof of posting) and International tracked(will be able to track your order). We highly suggest to choose tracked delivery at check out. We expect orders to arrive in 10-15 days but may take longer due of customs, situation in country or other factors. Please contact us if you still have not got your order after 30 days.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
As all bows are made to order specially for you and i have used materials and time of making them , returns/refunds are accepted only in case of faulty or items damaged during shipping, and not because it is too small/big , changed mind, ordered wrong item . All sizes are given on description , please check measurements before you place your order. Bows look bigger in photos than actual life.
The buyer is responsible for returns postage costs.
May you experience issue with your order contact us 2 days of receipt.
Return window is 14 days of receipt.
International returns/refunds are not accepted unless faulty or damaged.
Do you do in bulk and offer any discounts?
If you want to order in bulk, send us an email to info@bowdecorations.com , include picture of the bows you like to purchase, quantity you need and date you will need them by. Sometimes i am not able to make bulk orders due of season, current orders or other factors but you can always drop a message. We aim to answer customer emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
As all bows are handcrafted to order maximum discount we offer is 15% from total. You will get voucher code to apply at checkout.
Orders are considered bulk if order total is above £30
